Sept 2003

The nights are starting to draw in now but diving on all coasts still continues to be excellent with water temperatures well up to 15 or 16 degrees. Our most recent Dive Safari was to Burtonport in Donegal where despite loosing a wheel from the boat trailer on route from Dublin, everybody had great time! On many of the dives we had visibility in excess of 30 meters with good fun and craic with our friends Patrick Kyles, Postie and The General!

Oceandivers go Northside!

From 23rd September we will be starting to run PADI courses and activities on the Northside in Blanchardstown as well as Glenalbyn in Stillorgan. The new National Aquatic Centre in Blanchardstown has the best pool facilities in the country and we will have full access to the 5 meter diving pool every Tuesday evening. For the first few weeks we will be running Discover Scuba programmes at a cost of €49.00 per person which can be reclaimed in full against any Openwater Course sign on before January 2004.

Because of the extra depth, the pool is ideal for Scuba Review programmes and Peak Performance Buoyancy courses as well as just plain fun!

Glenalbyn Pool in Stillorgan will still continue as before every Wednesday night with NAC in Blanchardstown every Tuesday.
